Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the OneGate VPN service and constitute a public offer. By paying for the service, the User accepts them in full.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the OneGate VPN service (the "Service") provided by OneGateVPN (the "Administration").

1.2. By placing an order and paying for the service, the User confirms they have read and fully accept these Terms.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Subject and nature of the service

2.1. The Service provides a digital, intangible service — access to a network service for the chosen period according to the paid plan.

2.2. The service is deemed rendered once access is granted to the User (subscription issued) after payment confirmation.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet the User's subjective expectations, and is not liable for temporary technical failures or access restrictions imposed by third parties.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended for organizing or facilitating unlawful activity.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service solely within applicable law. Responsibility for the nature of use rests entirely with the User.

5. Payment and refunds

5.1. The cost and scope of the service are shown on the website before payment.

5.2. Due to the intangible nature of the service, refunds are not issued after access has been granted, except as stated below.

5.3. A refund is possible if the service was not rendered due to a technical fault of the Service, or access was not actually provided.

5.4. To request a refund, the User contacts support within 24 hours of payment: [email protected]. Each case is reviewed individually.

5.5. The User undertakes not to initiate a payment chargeback through the payment provider without first contacting the Service's support.

6. Access restriction

6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict access in case of a breach of these Terms, detected abuse, or as required by law or payment providers.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1. The Administration may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the website; continued use constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms.
